USA Hockey Registration increase 2012 -13 season

For the first time in 8 years, USA Hockey will be increasing the registration fee by $10.00, effective April 1st when online registration opens for the new 2012 - 2013 season.

Rational for fee increase:
     1) Increase in Hardened Insurance Costs
     2) Need for obtaining S.A.M. Insurance (Sexual and Molestation)
     3) Cost of Living Increases
     4) Parent and Volunteer Training Models
     5) Increased USAH Grants to Affiliates for implementing new initiatives (ADM, RW&B Hockey, Screening, C.E.P. Certification, etc)
     6) Membership Development (upgrading technology for members - website, registration, etc)

**Currently there is a no charge policy for players 6 & under**
